Crest Mountain

Grueling 5km hike offering beautiful views of Strathcona Park. Not for the faint of heart this trek is straight up with every step. You can still enjoy part way views and hit some scenic spots without committing to the whole thing. Bring lots of water and make sure you're fully equipped for this intense adventure!

Getting There

Head out of Gold River and go East on Highway 28 towards Campbell River. 15km from town after entering Strathcona Park you will find the Crest Mountain parking area. It is located between Crest Lake and Drum Lake; there is a brown BC Parks Sign with parking spots.
